Request for new modem

Hi, I’ve just submitted a request to move home with TPG to transfer my internet to the new address.
As the modem is mounted to the wall in my old premises, could I please order a new modem?

Hi @linda0084 , are you able to provide the make and model of the device mounted on the wall so we can double check if it's the TPG modem?
