Hi,
I need to return a modem which I have called several times to TPG. They sent e connote to wrong email address and then told me they sent it to tpg email but I didnt receive it. I was asked to email help desk and I asked for the connote to be attached to the email I sent 3 times but did not get a response. I am tired of chasing this up. Can I just send the modem back and TPG can reimburse me as it will save so much time.
