I too have been with TPG for a very long time. I have brought family members to TPG and will not recommend them to anyone else. I will warn my family of the problems I am going through so they wont have the same problems if they decide to move too. With a big tech company like TPG, you would think that they would have the expertise to help us out. I was asked if I wanted to reopen the account but with the problems I am having I just want to run far away from TPG

Apparently not. I have spent tonight sending emails and talking to customer service. This is proving to be a big headache and not good for the blood pressure. In a nutshell the outcome is bleak. Once the account is disconnected we can no longer access our email address. I have accounts where the notification is sent to my tpg email only which will be a problem. Not a happy ex TPG customer

@estherjames I'm in the same boat as you and I am dreading to go through what you're experiencing. It feels like we are like hot potatoes!! Now that we are no longer paying customers we get locked out before we could organise our emails. I had no idea that transferring to another provider would be fast a couple of days so didn't have time to organise my emails. Now all my personal emails are with TPG and I'm locked out.

I just moved to another provider and informed TPG on the day I got activated that I was moving. I spent some time on the phone talking to 2 customer service who were trying to persuade me to stay with TPG. However I didn't even have time to download, print my emails or forward to another account and they closed my account straight away. This is very rude as I have been with TPG for many years but was only moving due their decision to no longer provide emails.

Hi, I need to return a modem which I have called several times to TPG. They sent e connote to wrong email address and then told me they sent it to tpg email but I didnt receive it. I was asked to email help desk and I asked for the connote to be attached to the email I sent 3 times but did not get a response. I am tired of chasing this up. Can I just send the modem back and TPG can reimburse me as it will save so much time.

I am getting frustrated with the frequent planned maintenance outages. I have my home line, internet and mobiles with TPG. When the service goes down I am helpless and unable to do things. This has been a regular occurence during covid when my son had to do his school work online and I needed the internet for work. I thought that the new year will be different but no so. Service down on 02/01/22. Why is TPG not compensating for the loss service when have paid for but not be able to use? It is getting frustrating that I am looking for an alternative to this provider.

I have the same problem. I am getting frustrated with the many maintenance work in my area which is affecting work and my son's education since we need to be online. I have had meeting cut short due to wifi not working and have used up all my data today because of maintenance again. It would have been great if TPG would top up my data since they are under taking their maintenance during working and school hours. Getting beyond a joke now.
