Router restarting every 1-2 min

The router at my parents place is restarting every 1-2 minutes today, making their internet service totally unusable. I've tried disconnecting & reconnecting cables, turning off the router for a few minutes, and moving it around (unfortunately can't move far due to the NBN box location)

Router details:

Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 220518 Rel.32480n

Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v2.0 00000000

Please let me know how we can get this resolved.
