Sending 5G Modem Back

Hi I want to send my modem back but its been a week and i still haven't received the email about how to send it back ? I have checked my spam and email but there isnt any email about it.

The instructions to send the modem back together with the prepaid shipping label will be sent once the termination of the service is complete. Note that the termination of 5G Home Broadband service is always at the end of the current billing cycle. The end date of the billing cycle is also indicated in termination acceptance letter that was sent via email.


If it's already past the termination date, you can send us a private message along with your customer ID so we can check this for you.
