Got modem in 5 da after order TPG nbn service . But my service is not active . When call tpg they said they have issue with their service and it will resolve in next 24 hours and I will get service. It's been more than 5 days I am regularly calling them and waste my 2 to 3 hours every day for waiting to talk to some one . One of team member hang up and didn't call me back as well. So can anyone explain what could be a reason and when it will resolve . Thanks in advance . If the service is like this I want my money refund but I am in 6 month contract so please suggest that as well thanks
