Changed to TPG from dodo, ordered a modem, told it will be shipped out within 2 buisness days, waited half a week, got ghosted on 3 seperate calls. No emails regarding shipping. Told the queue was too long on the 4th. Seriously, I just want to know why my modem hasn't been shipped out yet. How hard is it to ship one modem?
