Sick of all the dropouts ..

Hi @Shane , @BasilDV ,

We have periods of dropouts that seem to last for a number of days then clear up by themselves. Frankly I'm sick of all this, been going on for most of our NBN connection period. Will it ever stabilise and give us a solid connection??

Before switching to Telstra:

  1. Would you please check our firmware on our Archer VR1600v v1 00000000. It says 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 180828 Rel.56416n
  2. Any chance of checking the connection between us and our connecting node?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the service is currently stable.

 

Your modem currently has the latest firmware available.

 

We've tested the NBN line and we are not able to detect any fault.

 

Did you notice if the issue time specific? Or is it happening during a bad weather?

No, can't say it's time specific, too random for that, nor does it seem correlated to weather.

As of the moment, we can't identify what is causing the issue since the connection is currently stable. We don't have any basis on what to provide you as of the moment.

 

If the issue recur, please contact our Tech team at 13 14 23 Option 2 + 2 for real time support.
