Disconnect wifi

Today your staff installed nbn into my house but when he finished nbn, I couldn’t use my old wifi. Afterward I don’t know how to setup the nbn internet. So that I don’t have any wifi can use at home.

Once the NBN is installed and activated, the old WiFi will be disconnected, since the one that will be used is the new modem that we provided you.
