Slow speeds, modem/router issue?

Hi,

Recently I have been having issues with slow speeds around the range of 20Mb/s.

Not sure if it is because the modem/router is old or something else is going on.

I have tested with direct ethernet connection with wifi turned off and it still seems to be happening.

Could I please get this looked into, and if it is probably a modem/router issue, I would like to order a new one.
