Still awaiting for auto configuration

The lights for power, internet, 2.GHz, 5GHz, and WAN on my modem are all green. But when I tried to connect to the internet using my device, the message "Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured" still appeared. I have tried rebooting my modem a few times and it still doesn't work. How can I solve this issue?
