Still no internet after TPG technician

Hello,

the TPG Technician who was here yesterday found out why I have no internet light. Someone must have switched ports on the Node so the infrastructure is messed up.
He said it is going to be fixed on the same day... Nothing has happened... I really need the internet and don't know what to do.
TPG call centres are absolutely not helping.. it is the other way.. they make me feel it is my fault and in the end, it is always.. tries your username and password.. that is it... going int o2nd week without internet, that is paid already

just caleld TPG again.. they have NOW made a ticket with NBN... this is a total joke.. I am not high priority in anything... just get told I get called back... WHERE IS MY PAID INTERNET!!!???

 

AND AGAIN THE LADY ON THE PHONE DID NOT SHOW MUCH OF UNDERSTANDING!!!!

TPG IS AN ABOLUTLE JOKE AND I WILL CHANGE PROVIDER ASAP!!!! I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR 6 ** YEARS AND YOU CARE JUST ABOUT NEW CUSTOMERS

JUST NEVER CAN TALK TO A MANAGER OR ANYTHING!

SICNE A WEEK YO UMAKE ME SOP ANGRY IT CANT BE MEASURED ON A SCALE!!!!!
