TP Link VR1600V - How do I find out speed of a lan port

SOLVED Go to solution

I have a TP Link Archer VR1600V as my modem/router. I've just set up a hardwired connection from one if its LAN ports to another router (downstream). Everything works OK. But I'd like to check that the hardwired connection is working properly - ie at 1Gbps.

How can I find out whether a LAN port on the VR1600V is at 10, 100 or 1000?

PS: Please don't suggest that I check on the other device. After a frustrating week I've concluded that's impossible.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers

Hi @tf Simply log into the VR1600v and click on the VR1600v icon, the link speed for all ports is on that page.

Thanks very much orbistat.

There was just no way I could find that in the manual or on the router. D'oh!
