TPG NBN Plan upgrade including new modem

I have just upgraded our NBN plan to NBN Cable 50 with OZ Talk.

Our original plan was Taken out on 13/7/2017 and we didn't realise that we were 17 months out of contract.

As we have just updated to the new plan it should include a new modem??

Plan upgrade does not include a new modem/router, I sent you a private message about Brand new modem/router.
