TPG install NBM - with no dellivery modem

Hello to all the community, only for advice don't accept the installation of the NBM without receiver your nbm modem. The technician and customer services don't recommend to wait but they not mention you can't connect to the internet until the modem is deliver.

It is more than 15 days I upgrade to NBM, without modem and a solution. I offered to go pick up from storage, but they will be contacting me. Honestly TPG is a company with NO quality in customer and service. I advice you to go another provided.
