TPG-supplied TP-Link Archer C1200 router - Firmware update

I am having issues with VPN and UPnP.

I need to know if there is a firmware update for this router to resolve these issues.

Firmware Version:  1.0.0 Build 20180208 rel.59779 (EU)

Hi Reizl,
The device does not accept UPnP settings from my NAS, despite it being recognised as a UPnP compliant device.

This suggests there is a bug in the firmware.

Is there any way this device can be replaced please.

The UPnP setting of the provided modem/router is working with the current firmware.

You may try to manually configure port forwarding on the modem for your NAS or to contact the NAS vendor for further assistance.
