Hi
We have a TPLINK C1200 and it's been going well for two years. Lately, I have had numerous wifi dropouts. The internet still seems to be connected, the wifi just drops out.
What is the latest router that TPG can send to me, please?
Hi @hay13
For WiFi issues, it is possible that signal interference is causing it.
We've created some articles that may help you improve your home network.
In case it did not improve, then you may need to reset the router.
If you'll order a new router, then the TP-Link Vx220-g2v might be given.
You have the option to purchase a third party router if you are looking for an advance/gaming router.

Thanks for this - the wifi is great when it works - no issues with speed but it just drops out and I have reset the router many times. It's like it gets to a certain age and then just can't cope anymore. Up until recently, it's been fine with no dropouts.
When you said you've reset it, do you mean you press the factory reset button or just turn it off and on?
If it's only the WiFI, then signal interference may be affecting your connection.
Try the troubleshooting on the articles that I've provided as it may help you improve your home WiFi network.
