I never had any issues until last week when my TV (Netflix etc) won't connect to my modem Wi-Fi? But everything else is working fine (my phone and other home devices work)

Hi @smkarrenlau

Just to check, were you able to detect your home WiFi network on your TV?

If yes, when you tried to connect did you receive any error message?

Hello! No, my TV couldn't pick up my home Wi-Fi (used to be able to). And when I manually put my home Wi-Fi in, and try to connect, it says error, can't connect.

What is the make and model of your modem/router?

Have you tried to reboot the modem/router?

You still can't detect the WiFi on your TV?

Does your TV able to detect other WiFi networks available near you?

If there's no other WiFi network, you may enable the hotspot on your smartphone to check if the TV can detect and connect to it.

It detects and connects my hotspot on my phone but that's it! It doesn't detect or connect my home Wi-Fi

Since other devices are working, you may need to try changing the WiFi name and channel on your modem/router.
