Since converting from NBN with TPG to the TPG 5G offer our solar inverter refused to connect. The solution was a dual 5G and 2.4G arrangement. As soon as this happened every TV set would not recognise the 5G option, did not even list it as an option, would only accept and see the 2.4G. Also our printer totally refused to acknowledge any network.

So were you able to connect you TV using 2.4GHz band network? 

Does the printer support the WPA2/WPA3 security mode?

Our 5G Home Broadband modem/router provided WPA2/WPA3 security as it is a WiFi 6 device.

Kindly confirm with the manufacturer of the printer or other devices if they support the said security mode.
