I am wondering if it’s possible to purchase an upgraded modem suitable for my current plan?
I have the modem that was provided with my plan when I joined up over 5 years but I have started to notice that it’s not as stable as it once was. I would ideally like to upgrade to a better quality modem but know that not all modems are compatible with all providers etc. so thought I’d start with you before branching out to electronics stores.
If this is possible- please advise how to do this as I can see modems alone to be purchased on your website.
