Hi! I got new modem from tpg and for installation I need username but I don't know my username. I know my customer id number for tpg.can I get username with the help of customer id?

Hi @Bikash030 . Your username is the first part of your email address.

Otherwise, go to My Account login page. Use your customer id and password if you know it. It might show your username.

I tried it but the username isn't working. I tried using 1st part of email and also logged in with customer id but couldn't find the username.

@Bikash030 . Login to your account using your customer number. Go to Email management, Manage your email accounts. Your username is displayed there.
