VX220-G2v setup issue

I received my modem today and set it up following the steps. About 2hrs later I got this text:

TPG: Your NBN service is installed but we can't see you online. For modem setup help visit link.tpg.com.au/xMoUBn. For modem delivery: www.tpg.com.au/modemdelivery

Please Help

Is your service working? If so, don't worry about the message.

When I was converted from FTTN to FTTP, internet came straight up, but I still got that message several times.
