Waiting for Hardware Dispatch

I signed up "Home Wireless Broadband Unlimited" on 24/08/23 and my modem was delivered on 05/09/23 but for some reason the status on the Installation Tracker still shows "Waiting for Hardware Dispatch".

 

I called TPG support on 09/09/23 who took down all the relevant information about my modem, sim card ect... and was told that the service would be activated within 48 hours but unfortunatley this has not occured.

 

How can I get some movemnent on this issue?

Same issue for me. I've also sent a 'private message' awaiting a response...
