My Wifi keeps dropping out. Reported the issue via the mobile app on 7 December 2021, but nothing was done - apart from advising that the issue was resolved. It is not resolved. Still keeps dropping
Hi @pinvest . When dropout occurs, is there any change to the lights on NBN box or router?
Does it affect ethernet and wifi devices?
How long does it last? How does it recover?
Are there any messages in the router system log when dropout occurs?

We were able to check the account and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.
If the dropouts are via a WiFi connection, then it is possible that signal interference is causing it.
