Here's the story.
Until December my wife and I lived with my brother and sister, where we all had multiple devices connected to the WiFi - It only ever disconnected during a storm and it was always a simple fix.
My wife and I have since moved house - a 3 minute drive from our previous house. We have exactly the same nbn plan and its now the worst internet I've ever had! We have half the devices and it constantly kicks the tv, my laptop and my printer off the WiFi. It'll be working and then suddenly say "connected, no internet". I'm sick and tired of having to reset the modem - which doesn't even work as a fix half the time. The only difference is the modem we are using in our new house. Both modems, however, were supplied by TPG with our plans.
There was a bit of a mix up with the previous tenant who lived in our new sending back/taking the nbn box. We were supplied a new box. TPG said that the WiFi was trying to connect to both boxes (or something) and so we had an issue to start with. Since they "fixed" it, there has been no change. I still get booted off all the time and sometimes cannot connect for hours or even days. I'm so so frustrated.
When I run troubleshooting on my laptop it says "gateway not available".
