Wifi drops out

We have been wth TPG since 2017 and have previously had very few issues,but in the last two to three weeks our wifi disconnects from our devices, iPads, iPhones and smart tv.We can connect them again and they show they are connected but saying no internet, eventually we can connect and get service again. We have also noticed that our home coverage area has diminished over the last 12 months.We have a Huawei Gateway HG 659 could it be due for a software update?

Hi Woodie. Wireless dropouts could be caused by Wireless Interference or Line Fault let us check the status of the connection and get to the bottom of this. Could you send us a Private Message with your Account Details to better understand the situation.

We've got your PM and confirmed that no dropouts were reported to the service. It is possible that wireless dropouts is caused by Wireless Interference.
