My wifi/internet not working. There is no outage according to tpg web. Any ideas how to get it going. Went off from 8pm on 8/5/20.

The issue has been raised to NBN Co by our Engineering team. an appointment has also been booked on Tuesday, 12 May 2020 between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Please ensure that you or someone of legal age is present during the visit.
