Get online support
My windows PCs connect to the Modem by both wifi or cable but there is no internet connection. iOS device work with no trouble.
I have reset the network adapter settings, used the netsh and ipconfig commands but still no joy.
Are there settings on the Archer 1600 that need to be changed?
This is enough to make me change to another provider

All of my connections are solved now.
I switched providers away from TPG and now everything is working.

Hi amichie01. Nothing to do on the router. Can you do ipconfig /all command and post the first few lines plus the part relevant to the ethernet connection.
