Hi,

Sorry for my late reply. 

There's always some issue with Internet connection. The latest connection failure happened in December last year, and one month after your colleagues helped me fix it, there is no Internet connection again. 

As mentioned in last query, I'm moving out of the unit, so I'd like to cancel my account. My name is Beibei Huang, CID is 21074721, and 0452169679 is my phone number.  But I'm in China now so I'd prefer email instead of phone call if you need to contact me.
