error 403

Hi  there

I cannot access my hosting page to see my modem settings, just gettin 403 forbidden message. have cleared my chache, done system restore-everything, to no avail. I have run out of options. Any suggestions?

Hi @bill2 

I would try another computer, if your still having issues your might need to factory reset your modem. Did the issue start after you started playing with the "avast HNS-WAN-ACCESS" issue?

basically yes. i was able to access the page to change my modem password. i then rebooted the modem from the page settings,and somehow it went back to the default password, now i cannot get into the page at all

I guess the other point would be is the service working at the moment? Do you need to access the modem?

I would say if it is all working leave it alone, and if you need to access down the track then do the reset.
