Get online support

from nbn to home wireless ?

A follow up on my previous post ('modem does not power up')
It looks like my NBN FTTB modem is out of warranty, and
I have to either buy or 'rent' a replacement.

So I am considering changing from NBN to Home Wireless (4G)
which obviously depends on usage, minimal in our case.
Has anyone experience or thoughts about this change over?

Hi @amba

If you have a mobile phone and getting a good mobile signal, then Home wireless broadband may be suitable for you.

You've also advised that your internet usage is minimal and you'll save around $5 with the HWB service.

We'd like to confirm that the Home Wireless Broadband is available for you. Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
