I have just recently switched to a newer modem called the 5G Home Broadband, i usually average 1-10 ping in my old modem the archer vr1600v and i was told that my newer modem would be a massive upgrade i installed it correctly yet now i average 40-120 ping pms with lag spikes that go over 2000 ive contacted tpg many times yet they still dont do anything i cant even connect my wifi to my console as it says your internet connection is to weak or your internet source provider is blocking access. TPG help resolve this now please.
