IN cable connection: OK
Local access:IP4 k, IP6k
internet access: ip4k ,ip6:failed

why ip6 failed internet access?

Currently, IPv6 is not supported by our services, which is why you received the error message. However, it will not affect your internet service as IPv4 is working.
