Hi, I have an old TPG modem VR_1600 given years ago and I get electric shock when I touch parts of the modem. Also my modem heats up a lot and has turned yellow on the back. I had to reset my modem few times when the connection dropped to get it working again. Is there and option to replace the modem to a newer one?
