Hi,
I have been with TPG for more than 10 years and very very dissapointed with their customer support.
Called the phone line twice and after 51 mins on hold, I gave up.
Have tried to trouble shoot the NBN modem:
Can anyone please help as we need internet for work.

- uplugged and left for 5 mins and replugged power
- reset and reset and reset via the pin hole
- none of them works
Can anyone please help as we need internet for work.
