need a new modem

I have slow internet speed and I am still using a tpg huawei modem circa 2005 and need a new modem.

I have been with TPG for 10+ years and have recently upgraded to a faster TPG nbn plan last November but am still experiencing slow speeds.

Could TPG please send me a new modem to utilise the nbn plan speeds that I am paying for?
