network authentication

hi still my wifi is not working, its internet light is off which means network is not authenticate how fix it

no but previously due to some reason i m not able to pay bill they first cancel my link then re join it

I can see your modem got sync, but no authundication. 

try to configure the modem by manually by using your user name and password.
