I want to buy a new modem, the original VR1600 is cutting out when it gets warm, so no internet or landline.
This has been an ongoing problem for a long time.
At the moment I'm using a non TPG unit .
Have tried before to get a new one but as my mobile number is not linked to my account for some reason TPG want MFA from me.
It should be a simple process to buy a new modem, I give card details you send new modem.
One of the tech"s will say 'PM me' I will do that and same old story.
Just about ready to find a new ISP if I cant get a new modem.
