Long story short, my cable modem is dead after recent storm activity. Tried testing with another power adaptor - no good.
2x calls to NBN and they essentially asked me to also log with my ISP.
Raised it on the 16th via tpg app - no response. Called tech support to flag it - customer service was horrible and couldn't get a ETA or time for help. No email or reference after either.
So frustrated I lodged a complaint to the TIO ombudsman.
I just want a replacement! Shame I'm on HFC and locked in with MAC otherwise I'd just source something else.
Can anyone help follow up or drive a technician to come and drop off a replacement modem?
