speed upgrade

hi, just completed an upgrade request from 12Mb plan to a 50Mb plan. I can't find any extra info but am making the assumption that a new modem will be shipped to me - is this the case?

Welcome to TPG Community!

In upgrading your NBN plan, there's no need for a new modem/router. Your current modem/router can handle any NBN speed tier.

There's no new modem included for upgrading the NBN plan.
