Hi you emailed me a while ago saying you have upgreaded my speed from the 100mbps plan I was on to a 200mbps this was complimenty till I think it was june but my speeds have only just managed high 80mbps.
Can you shine some light on what this was all about please.

Thanks for raising this to us, what device(s) is getting 80mbps? Please post a screenshot of speed test on this thread preferrably using a desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable also send me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).

HI SHANE I AM USING A DESK TOP THROUGH A NET GEAR D7800 ROUTER VIA FIXED LAN ON THE 1000MBPS PORT AND COMPUTER DRIVERS SET TO 1000MBPS SETTING.
