tpg keeps sending me wrong modem vx220

I ordered modem vx420 as per tpg's technician's advice. but tpg keeps sending me vx220, I received 3 of them. I don't understand why tpg is sending wrong model 3 times. I don't know what to do. vx220 is not stable.
