5g installated but no connection

Hi I received my modem to install 5g today, followed the instructions and all the lights on my modem are green with full strength wifi. I connected my phone and laptop but when I try to use the internet I get told there is no connection.
I have moved the modem to different areas of the house and they all show full strength wifi so I’m not sure if I have installed wrong or what’s going on.

Once you have received an email confirmation that your service is active and is not getting any connection, you may try and follow the steps from this article: 5G Home Broadband - Troubleshooting No Connection

 

Otherwise, PM us with your TPG account details so we can check the status of your service.

Hi Ahra, thanks for your reply, I haven’t received an email confirming activation so perhaps this is why. How long would confirmation usually take to come through?
