upgrade firmware on Huawei HG659

I need your help to upgrade my Huawei Modem HG659.

current Status:

Product type	HG658
Device ID	00E0FC-E7P7S16429000135
Hardware version	HG658BZV VER.A
Software version	V100R001C216B012SP03
Batch number	BC216P3.012.A2pv6F039e.d24a

I noticed it has not been ever upgraded since day one. 

Let me know if any furher detial is required.
