Hi @ND14

TPG loads it's custom firmware on our supplied modem/router so that it can match with the system unfortunately some features of the modem is not available or limited. You always have the option to use a 3rd party modem/router for suits your need and we will provide the settings require for the internet to work.

Note: VoIP service with only working using our supplied modem.

Hi @ND14 . If the HG659 still works, you could try connecting it to the VX220 to see if the printer is still accessible.

Following may involve experimentation.

Depending on the capabilities of the HG659, its WAN or LAN port would connect to VX220.

Whichever HG659 port you use, give its mac address a reserved ip address in VX220, say 192.168.1.2.

In HG659, disable DHCP and NAT and set its ip address to the same value as reserved address.

If using HG659 WAN port, set connection type to "Dynamic IP" rather than the normal PPPoE.

You may want to disable the HG659 wifi and just use the VX220.

When you define the printer on your PC, change the ip address to the one you chose for the HG659.
