why am I unable to log in my new tp -link modem vx220

Just set up my new TPG supplied TP Link modem Model VX220-G2v

Internet works well but I can't log into the modem to configure my wireless passwords etc

Please help

What error message are you getting?

Have you tried accessing it using different device?

Are you using the default username and password that is on the modem?

Also, it is case sensitive, so make sure to type it as is.
