Hi. This is the third time I have had this error over the last 2 years, and each time it is like pulling teeth to get this fixed. I had just about had enough. Yes, I use a VPN. But it seems that other ISPs do not have the same problem with VPNs as TPG does. I have been with TPG for over on 2 decades and I'm now a hair's width of churing to another IPS.
I would like two things. I would like this 'ban' removed and access to my mail restored. And I would like my account reconfigured to allow me to use a VPN while checking my emails. Get with the times TPG or loose customers.
I emailed them. What is the next step? When should I expect to hear from them?
