Hi, I'm hoping someone can assist me. I have a new desktop computer and I'm trying to set up my Outlook (365) account. But every setting I put in has a similar type of errror: "Cannot connect to Incoming Pop server".  I have tried the follow things:   Used ports 110 and 25 Used ports 993 and 995, and 465 with SSL/TLS tried both mail.tpg.com.au and ***.themessagingco.com.au Checked firewall and disabled AntiVirus. Hi.  This is the third time I have had this error over the last 2 years, and each time it is like pulling teeth to get this fixed.  I had just about had enough.  Yes, I use a VPN.  But it seems that other ISPs do not have the same problem with VPNs as TPG does.  I have been with TPG for over on 2 decades and I'm now a hair's width of churing to another IPS.      I would like two things.  I would like this 'ban' removed and access to my mail restored.  And I would like my account reconfigured to allow me to use a VPN while checking my emails.  Get with the times TPG or loose customers. ... For some reason I cannot send emails through Outlook 365 due to being banned.  I have followed the online suggestions and have changed password multiple times.  This is the second time this has happened and after the first time, I've accessed the TPG Post Office on a regular basis to keep it clear and tidy.  I even have mailWasher Pro installed which has prevented unwanted emails getting into my Inbox, however this issue has become a problem again. I've had no virus or system issues in any way so it's not a problem from my end.   This has become quite rediculous and should never happen let alone twice; what else more can I do to prevent this from happening?
