Get online support
We have been patiently waiting for our NBN service to be connected since 1 March 2020. We confirmed the transfer to NBN before this date.
We understand these are trying times but we have called more than half a dozen times to get this organised, been on hold for 7 hours and counting, and no active communication from TPG. We have not been informed of any updates or any estimated dates for service installation.
Can someone please follow this up? We rely heavily on an internet connection for our careers and this has severely impacted on our productivity. Furthermore, we are still paying for a service we have not received.
