A "quality" NBN installation

My area went live a few month ago, and due to shutdown the copper network in September.

Unfortunately my property didn't have a HFC install from the Optus/Telstra/Foxtel network pre-NBN. Come to this day, the NBN had to provide a new connection for us.

These photos (link) are the finished product of my install, pre- and post-installation of the NBN Connection box today.

Is this the standard quality of work NBN is delivering? I've raised the issue with NBNCo and they have started a case, but am I stuck with this shoddy workmanship?

As a lay person, I would have thought nothing should be exposed the way it is.

Luckily for me, the connection works, but I'm not happy with the workmanship of both the "Civil Install" team and the "Connection box" team.

If you have a fault ticket raised already, that is good.

Hopefully, NBN can tidy that up a bit for you.
